As an International Sales Engineer you support the Sales Force in the international sales and service process, with a focus on the German and French markets. Every day you discuss current assignments with the team and you provide periodic reports to the Sales Director. You will collaborate a lot with the Technical Sales Engineers. You have contacts with foreign agents, customers and the internal organization. You are a link in important and attractive projects for companies such as FrieslandCampina, Danone, Heineken, Nestlé, BASF, etc.
Your work includes the following tasks:
Assisting customers and Sales Force staff in the quotation processes
Together with our calculation department you make the calculations and the technical calculations
Verrichten van acquisitie werkzaamheden en bezoeken beurzen
Providing assignments to our Project Management department for technical production drawings
Handling service requests, questions and complaints
Being aware of (technical) developments and priorities within the organization
